Good morning.  I have been using the CTS Wardrobe for almost 2 years and I absolutely love it.  But for the past 2 days, I have been unable to access my wardrobe via the web.  Nothing is loading for me on the website.  I have tried restarting my browser and restarting my computer multiple times but still nothing.  Any suggestions on what I can do?

Was told to take the US out at the beginning of http://us2.carlyletheassolutions.com/. So make it look like this http://carlyletheassolutions.com/ This will fix it for you

With the recent switch to use HTTPS for the communication with the backend (i.e., the Wardrobe server), the "us" subdomain stopped working.

But this is fixed now, it will automatically redirect to the correct subdomain "us2".

More and more people had problems with HTTP or were scared of the "connection is not private" warning in the browser.

So, as a Christmas gift, HTTPS now works for everyone, without having to jump through hoops (installing the certificate, etc).

If your Wardrobe web page doesn't connect to the HUD after reloading, please reset your HUD (Menu button on the HUD (three green lines) > Setup > Reset HUD).
