Snapshot Upload Not Working

Question

I've been trying to add items to my wardrobe via the snapshot function and suddenly it just doesn't work. I click the camera icon & get the initial message asking for the item title in local chat but when I answer with the item title nothing happens. Then a little while later I get a message that the process has been canceled out due to no data entered - but of course I DID enter something.

(I first noticed this happening when I unthinkingly added ALL the information, title,tags etc, without seeing that the wardrobe was not responding properly until I got the "No data was entered. Item upload canceled." message)

I have already tried resetting my wardrobe HUD, and of course I have logged out and back in again some time later with no luck. I don't know what else to do that might fix this problem. Does anyone know what is going on here? Thanks in advance!

The HUD accepts inputs in local chat (channel 0) and on channel 23.

If the HUD is working normally otherwise, check that you don't have another channel set inadvertently.

In Firestorm (not sure about other viewers), you can display a channel selector in the chat window (Hamburger menu in the top bar of the chat window > Show channel selection). If that is visible, make sure that either channel 0 or 23 is selected.

If that all seems normal, try if it works with a freshly re-delivered HUD.

Goodnight! I can't add anything to my wardrobe anymore. It keeps loading forever and doesn't save the photo.
