Generally this means you either need to obtain a Rulebook update or you have recently updated your Wardrobe HUD or replaced it with a fresh copy for some reason. To fix you simply reinstall the Rulebook Addon. You should also make sure if your installing the Rulebook Addon that you have the latest version. So its often best to obtain a re-delivery from the terminal at the inworld store.
