Failed Deliveries

Unfortunately, it can happen that items bought on the Marketplace take a long time to deliver, or delivery fails entirely. If you have an issue concerning a failed delivery, there is a redelivery station for transferable items in the store.
This is the fastest way to receive a product that has not been delivered. You also may pick up the current version of a product at any time.

The redelivery station also works if you bought a product for someone else. However, the person who you sent it to will have to pick it up.
