How do I find an item in my SL inventory from Wardrobe

I misnamed a couple of things in wardrobe, so they do not match up with what I have in my SL inventory, is there a way to find that item in my SL inventory so that I can give them exact names?

The name of the folder (= title of the Wardrobe item) is the only link there is between the inworld inventory and Wardrobe.

The only option you have to find the folders is to use the inventory search in your viewer.
