Command in Progress indefinitely

Question

I am having an issue for a few weeks now. I am able to upload and everything, but when it comes to putting something on or taking it off, it says "Command in Progress".

I've updated the HUD, as well as resetting it like the prompt says. However, I am having no luck in fixing the issue.

So... quick update:

I forgot I turned my RLV off. So, I turned it back on and everything is working again.
