This is the situation I run into almost every other time I click the upload button:

[06:32:43] Wardrobe HUD v2.8.3: Uploading snapshot to your Wardrobe.
⊳ Please enter the title of the item (for manual mode) or a Marketplace URL (for fully automatic mode)in local chat or on channel 23 within the next 60 seconds.

Note that it is the same time down to the seconds. When I am entering in a large number of items, and I don't catch this as I have multiple inventory windows open or I am just churning through my lists, it causes massive issues when trying to match up snapshots to the listing I have created, often requiring me to dig back through inventory and re-do everything.

I think this is a bug, but perhaps someone has a solution?

Yes, this sounds like a bug.
Could you try and see if it helps if you reset the HUD (Menu (the button on the 1o'clock position on the HUD) > Setup > Reset HUD)?

If the issue persists, could you share any instructions on how to reproduce the issue? Is there anything particular you notice you do before the issue starts happening?

Hi! I have reset my HUD numerous times. I had the issue happen this morning, so I did another reset.  I entered 1 item successfully, and then clicked to add the next and the issue happened again.

There isn't anything specific that I do that seems to trigger it. If it helps, I tend to assemble several outfits, or prep a large number of individual pieces and then set aside time to just upload item after item. The only thing I can think of that might have had an impact is when I enter tags - I hit "." in the chat bar, and then arrow down until I pull up the previous tag list, since often I can reuse that. I don't know if that has an impact - it usually works for me.
It's not event he amount of time, like rushing the next one - in some cases I am fishing about for the next piece and then click and the error happens.

Thanks Evora, I think this will help reproduce the issue.
As a workaround for now, I believe it won't happen if you wait until the blue text above the HUD has disappeared.
