This probably needs more details to understand what the issue is and will probably require involvement from Carlyle.
In saying that you will encounter issues if Google is forcing HTTPS or you have toggled HTTPS under the HUD settings tab in your dashboard preferences. If you do this you will have to setup a certificate yourself cause Linden Labs currently do not have a certificate for SL.
