My Web Wardrobe no longer connects with my Inworld HUD

Question

I have a new laptop and I now have Windows 11.

I have purchased a redelivery of the 8.5v HUD

I click on the menu - setup - reset HUD and the website loads but when I ask to put an item on it states no access to the HUD

Any advice on how to fix this is appreciated.

If you have a new computer, the most likely reason is that you didn't turn on RLV in your viewer.

If you're using Firestorm, enable it by opening the Preferences, then go to the "Firestorm" tab and check "Allow remote scripted viewer controls (RLVa)."

For Catznip its under Me>Preferences>Catznip, check "RestrainedLove API Support" and restart.

For BlackDragon its under Dragon>Edit>Preference>Restrained Love, check "Enable Restrained Love (A)" and restart

Most other Third Party viewers will be similar to Catznip.

The official Linden Lab viewer last time I looked did not support the RLV API.
